Happy New Year!

With the New Year comes new resolutions. Get Fit with us! Let VO2 Multisport support you throughout your fitness goals this year!

3 Easy Tips To Stay Fit This Winter:
1. Take the Stairs!  Forget the elevator and opt for the stairs. Take them 2 at a time to increase the intensity.
2. Active TV watching.  While you are binge watching Netflix, try doing squats or jumping jacks during each segment.
3. Carry a water bottle with you!  Being hydrated not only makes you feel more energized, it can help combat muscle fatigue, and helps your kidneys function better.

At VO2 Multisport, we have all the water bottles and fitness gear the new you could ever want. Stop in to check out our new inventory!
